  • All confirmed orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Once processed, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping Timeframes

  • Standard Delivery (within India): 4–7 business days.

  • Express Delivery (selected cities only): 2–4 business days.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders above ₹999.

  • For orders below ₹999, a flat fee of ₹70 applies.

  • Express Delivery: Charges will be calculated at checkout if available in your area.

4. Delivery Partners
We partner with reliable courier services such as Delhivery, Blue Dart, and India Post to ensure safe and timely delivery of your products.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment anytime until it reaches your doorstep.

6. Delays in Delivery
While we strive for on-time delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, strikes, or courier delays may affect timelines. We appreciate your patience.

7. Wrong / Incomplete Address
Please ensure your shipping details are accurate. Orders with incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or returned. We are not responsible for such delays.

8. Damaged / Lost Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the product and packaging.

  • In case of lost shipments, we will coordinate with our courier partner to either resend the order or issue a refund.
